* Our flower subscriptions are available in different sizes and delivery frequencies.

* Product images are for illustration purposes only. Flowers are subject to seasonal availability and may be substituted with similar blooms of equal or greater value.

* All prices are listed in EUR and include standard delivery unless otherwise stated.

3. Ordering and Payment

* Orders can be placed via our website at moonglow.store.

* Payment must be completed manually through **Wise** (wise.com). You will receive payment instructions at checkout or via email.

* Orders are considered confirmed only after we receive the full payment via Wise.

* Subscriptions must be paid in full at the beginning of the selected plan

4. Delivery

* Deliveries are made Tuesday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

* Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12 p.m. (Monday to Friday).

* *Next-day delivery * is available for orders placed before 2 p.m.

We are not responsible for delays due to weather, couriers, or incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

* Orders or subscriptions may be canceled within **24 hours** of payment for a full refund.

* After 24 hours, cancellation is not guaranteed. Contact us as soon as possible at [email protected].

* Refunds or replacements for damaged products are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please report issues with clear photos within 24 hours of delivery.

* We are not responsible for missed deliveries due to incorrect address details or recipient unavailability.
